We are here to get you into the best shape of your life. And we know we can! Boot camp style training is what the military has been using for centuries to get their soldiers ready for the most rigorous physical tests. And why? Because it is proven to work. Boot Camp is designed to go back to the basics with exercises that are simple yet effective, targeting all major muscle groups and ensuring the right mix of cardio and toning that is the most effective to create fit, healthy, well defined bodies. You will do sit-ups, push-ups, squats, lunges, running...
Get into your favourite old pair of jeans, trim your waist line, reshape your body, build self confidence... all while maximizing calorie burn, sculpting lean muscle and enhancing cardio endurance. Our outdoor boot camp runs rain or shine in a group setting. Being in a group setting not only promotes team work, but positive encouragement for personal achievements.
Our certified personal trainer is geared to monitor your individual progress effectively, inactive or active. Exercises are timed rather than counted so depending on your fitness level, you will perform more or less of a certain exercise. This ensures that everyone works at their own pace and challenges themselves to the best of their abilities. Remember, it doesn't matter where you are right now, but rather where you want to be. This should always remain your focus. You will be motivated by your group, your instructor and your own personal goals and results.
Camps run from September to April and close for the winter from May to August. For 2009, the classes run from Monday 7 September to Friday 18 December (15 weeks).
We are back after the holiday season for 2010 on Monday 11 January to Friday 23 April.
Classes are sold in packs of 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 days. All packs purchased have a 5 week validation period after which the classes expire, so you must use them within those 5 weeks.

Yes. You bring your own equipment so you may keep it with you and exercise at home when you're done with camp. You will need a set of weights (anywhere from 2kg to 5kg each) and a mat. Remember, you're here to get results, reach that next level and challenge yourself. If you do not have any equipment, you can purchase both mats and weights at our office in Claremont or check out Game, Sportsman's Warehouse or Makro.
